The MG-200 is a multi-station home gym with a single 200 lb. weight stack. Stations include a press, high pulley, low pulley, and leg ext./curl. Optional stations(must be purchased seperately...see below) include a pec deck (MG-PD) and a VKR (MG-VKR). Adjustable seat positions allow proper positioning when exercising.
